Mayfair/Hale Neighborhood - Kevin and Paula Molick

The house was built in 1932. It is a classic Tudor with most of the original details left intact inside. We have been custodian of the house for 20 years now. Kevin used his contracting experience to update all the mechanical systems, kitchen and bathrooms. The only addition done to the home has been a small side sunroom which blends seamlessly with the original house.
